Archbishop guides the vision and strategic direction of the foundation. He advocates for the foundation on key issues and serves as a ceremonial non-executive director.

Pastor Nyembe shapes and approves the Foundation’s strategies. She oversees all matters pertaining to the Foundations and is responsible for providing direction. Has a direct reporting line to the president of the Foundation.

Acting Judge Maluleke is experienced in leading various Foundations and related Organisations and is a legal specialist. He is the second in charge and assumes the role of the chairperson in her absence. He reviews results and sets the overall tone for the Foundation. Has a direct reporting line to the president of the Foundation.

Adv. Xakaza plays a leading role in building strategic relationships with the government, private and civil societies. She supports the Foundations short and long-term program plans. Has a direct reporting line to the chairperson of the Foundation.

Dr. Ntuli serves as principal advisor to the executive leadership team within the Foundation and ensures delivery of overall strategic opportunities. She works closely to the CEO in guiding and capitalising the opportunities. Has a direct reporting line to the chairperson of the Foundation.

Mrs Mthethwa leads and promote the Foundation to ensures that the vision, mission and values are observed and enforced. Also, responsible to provide the strategic piece of the Foundation with some guidance from Dr Ntuli.

Mrs F. Fhepu oversees finance and accounting. He is responsible for financial planning, analysis, risk and assurance for the Foundation. He also ensures good financial practice with partners or sponsors

Mr M. Mdluli is responsible for the operational functions including information technology, legal, security and policies of the Foundation. He works in conjunction with the CEO and CFO and has line of sight on activities under the executive committee

The department plays a vital role in promoting the mission of the foundation. Responsible in promoting the brand, produce relevant campaigns and monitoring media (social media). Builds customer relationships, holds research strategy and communication.

The treasurer reports direct to the CFO and is accountable under his leadership.
